Roll up, roll up! Even though we're keeping a whole host of exciting happenings under our hats for now, we can tell you a few little nuggets about the upcoming smart festival 2010.

Taking place on 4th September at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, this year's smart festival is already shaping up to be a ludicrously fun-packed event for the whole family.

There'll be heaps of games, competitions and activities to keep even the most hard-to-please smart fans entertained all day. You can join in the smart car competitions for ‘best dressed', ‘best kept' and ‘most modified' smarts - or just watch and be wowed! If that's not your bag, what about the pleasingly-traditional pleasures of the coconut shy, hoopla and smart derby? We've even got a brilliant caricaturist and a face painter on hand to capture the best side of you - and your smart!

As if that wasn't enough to get the smart crowds buzzing, there's an extra-special guest who'll be there to hand out the prizes to the winning smarts and their proud owners. You may have heard the whispers of who it is already!

So come along and be a part of smart festival 2010. Bring the family and you can all act like kids!

Hi Ayjay, just heard back from the events team and unfortunately we can't have any dogs on site. Due to H&S implications with the tracks we can not allow dogs on site or in the building, obviously with the exception of service dogs. Sorry about that, Martine

Hi All In answer to your questions: - Reg packs went out Friday/today - sorry for the delay, we had some issues but its all sorted now. - We'll have a number of smart fortwo electric drive models there on the day - test drives will be available too, book on the day. - Mercedes-Benz World is also wheelchair friendly, although some of the terrain outside is grass and therefore not as suitable. If you need any help on the day, contact a member of staff. - Sammy__P - I too will be getting my face painted! - I'm not sure about whether Mercedes-Benz World will let dogs in - I'll check and let you know. See you all there! Martine @ smart UK

Please let me know - I don't think I have had to give my address on the registration form - how will you know where to send the pack too?
